• Transportation and Catering Fees

    If your order is outside of our delivery range, we may add an additional transportation fee to cover the cost of one way transportation to help us deliver your order.

    For all orders, we charge a 4% catering fee that covers the additional costs of packaging, management and labor that we incur for catering. The catering fee is not a gratuity and is not distributed to the delivery persons or any other staff as gratuities, and are retained by the restaurant.

  • Gratuities

    For your convenience, we add a suggested gratuity of 10% to all catering quotes. Gratuities are never required or expected. If you would rather not leave a gratuity in advance, you will be given the opportunity to write in a gratuity upon the delivery and set up of our order. If you believe that one of our staff members earned a gratuity or a special “thank you” at the conclusion of your order or event, you are more than welcome to provide them additional gratuity.

  • Labor

    If your order requires additional labor or onsite assistance, a staffing charge will be included in the final invoice. This charge includes but is not limited to hourly wages, payments and costs of employee benefits. No portion of this cost constitutes a gratuity. Subject to tax.

  • Guest Count

    A guaranteed minimum guest count is required at least 3 business days prior to your order/event. We will gladly accommodate any changes and make adjustments if we need to.

  • Deposits

    All orders exceeding $1000 require a 50% deposit at least 5 days in advance of the date of your order. If payment is to be made by check, the final check must be received 2 days prior to the date of the order, in addition to the 50% deposit at least 5 days in advance. If payment is to be made via credit card, the 50% deposit will be charged 5 days in advance of the date of your order, with the balance charged the day of your order.

    If given 5+ days notice – subject to a full refund
    If given 1-5 days notice – Loss of deposit
    Any order cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged the full price of the meal.

  • Last Minute Cancellation Policy

    We understand that plans can change and we will do our best to accommodate any last minute changes to orders. However, orders cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will still be charged the full price of the meal.
